Our generation is facing unprecedented levels of stress, anxiety, and loneliness, yet meaningful dialogue about mental health remains elusive.
Wellness Walks is an interactive peer-to-peer documentary project that focuses on destigmatizing mental health on high school campuses. This program documents the various aspects mental health affects student life, as well as students’ perspectives on ways to improve wellbeing.
short, fast-paced videos featuring spontaneous interviews around campus
in-depth video podcasts focusing on specific community aspects
From student athletes battling burnout to freshmen adjusting to high school, and from cultural minorities to those balancing part-time jobs with academics, Wellness Walks captures a diverse range of experiences.
We want students to be more comfortable talking about their feelings, and we also want to better equip school administrations with the information and data they need to create effective support systems for their students.
